Support Services

Are you or a family member experiencing vision loss?

For over 90 years, the team at the Vision Resource Center of Berks County provides assistance with daily activities, safe travel, and support groups for individuals with vision impairment and blindness. We aim to help enable these individuals to maintain their quality of life and independent living.

The Process for a Possible New Client:

We’re here to help! There are two steps to get started:

  1. Schedule an intake appointment
  2. Sign a release form for a copy of the most recent vision report

If you or your client or loved one qualifies, referrals and services can be put in place.
